Dusit Thani Dubai Hotel

My recent stay at this hotel was one of the best experiences I've had in Dubai. the staff is exceptional, especially the concierge team who went above and beyond to make my trip memorable. They even helped me arrange a birthday package last minute! the room service is top-notch, offering delicious meals with a view. the location is perfect, close to key areas like Dubai Mall, and there are plenty of dining options within walking distance. the central location makes it easy to explore the city, with the metro nearby.

One thing that could be improved is the comfort of the extra bed provided for the third guest. It was quite hard, and adding blankets didn't help much.

Had an amazing stay near the downtown area, with BREATHTAKING VIEWS of Burj Khalifa. Staff treated us like royalty, especially Ms Shiny. Definitely coming back! the rooms were even better than in the photos.

During my business trip at Dusit Thani Dubai, I indulged in their luxurious aromatherapy massage using their exclusive aromatic oil recipe. The deep tissue kneading technique effectively eased away muscle tension and provided a detoxifying experience. Additionally, the leisure facilities at Dusit Thani were fantastic, offering a fully equipped gym with a breathtaking view and a relaxing hot tub. I also tried their slimming treatment using multi-color seaweed, which contained remarkably effective anti-fat compounds, and a facial from the sea that gently eliminated impurities and dead cells. Furthermore, the Thermal Desert Sand Massage relieved my muscle tension, ensuring a blissful experience.

we had a lovely 4-night stay at Dusit Thani. the shuttle service was handy for trips to malls and kite beach park. the breakfast was satisfying, with decent Indian options. the 2BR apartment facing Burj Khalifa was spacious yet affordable. the staff, especially at the front office, were exceptionally polite and helpful. late checkout at 6PM was convenient for us, and the parking at the back was a bonus. we'll definitely return.

During my transit in Dubai, I found the convenience of Dusit Thani Dubai's location to be exceptional. Situated just 600 meters from the Financial Centre and 2.5 km from Business Bay, the hotel made it easy for me to access key business and entertainment districts. The seamless connectivity to Dubai, which is only 30 km away, also added to the hotel's appeal as a transit-friendly option.

As someone uncomfortable with heights, being assigned a room on the 32nd floor impacted my comfort levels. I believe offering guests the choice of room location preferences would greatly enhance the overall experience.

The hotel's location was perfect, close to Dubai Mall and the metro, with a stunning view of Burj Khalifa. the rooms were spacious and well-equipped, providing a comfortable stay overall. Improvements could be made in terms of cleanliness and communication efficiency to enhance the guest experience.

Dusit Thani Dubai turned my stay into a phenomenal experience. The seamless blend of Thai essence and modern luxury was evident in the elegant living spaces, offering breathtaking views of the city skyline and the Burj Khalifa. The culinary journey through seven dining outlets tantalized my taste buds with a fusion of traditional and modern Asian flavors, leaving me spoiled for choice.

The only minor letdown was the inconsistency of hot water in the shower. It fluctuated between hot and cold, detracting slightly from an otherwise impeccable stay.

The spa and swimming pool were fantastic spots to unwind after a long day exploring the city. One small hiccup was the slight delay in preparing my room after check-in, but it didn't affect my overall positive impression of the place. 🌟

Chose this hotel for a synod for its excellent Audio and visual equipment, projector, and Wi-Fi, aiding a productive boardroom session. These amenities greatly contributed to a successful event, and the staff ensured seamless technical support.

One service that would have enhanced my work experience would be a dedicated business center with more private meeting spaces for confidential discussions.

clean rooms - great location on sheikh zayed road, and a lovely view of the city. the breakfast spread had a wide variety - especially for international guests, and the spa and massage services were excellent.

Helpful staff, especially Rajesh, made our stay comfortable. The spa, sauna, and relaxing rooftop pool added to the enjoyment. Nearby landmarks like Dubai Mall and Kidzania enhanced family bonding. A luxurious retreat in the heart of Dubai.

The Lobby Lounge was like a lush jungle in a glass dome, perfect for all my important business meetings. NoLo was my first non-alcoholic bar experience, and it was definitely a concoction of fun and flavours.

Who needs alcohol when you can have a dry hotel? Wasn't mentioned, but hey, it's always fun to drink sparkling water with a slice of lemon and pretend it's a fancy cocktail.

the service was exceptional, as the staff went above and beyond to meet my exclusive needs. the Spa and wellness centre provided excellent body wraps, massages and beauty treatments. the indoor swimming pool was perfectly heated and offered a relaxing sauna experience.

the dinner experience at the restaurant provided an extensive range of cuisines, including special diet menus.

I recently stayed at Dusit Thani for 3 days in downtown. The staff were extremely accommodating and the hotel was in top-class condition. All necessary safety measures were enforced and practiced, going above and beyond legal requirements. The view from the hotel was exquisite, and the spacious, clean rooms had amenities unlike any other. The bed was especially comfortable, and the upgrade made me even happier. a luxurious, comfortable, and memorable stay.

He even took care of my elderly mother, making sure she was comfortable when she arrived later. the location of the hotel was great, with easy access to everything. the room service and breakfast were delicious, and the views of the Bhurj Khalifa were breathtaking. it was a luxurious and memorable stay.

The rooms were of high quality and both the hotel room and apartment options were enjoyable. the views from the rooms were unforgettable. the hotel management was cooperative and respectful, ensuring a pleasant stay. the swimming pool and gym facilities were very good. the hotel's location near a metro station and financial center made it convenient for transportation and access to amenities. the shuttle bus service provided transportation to popular malls and other attractions in the area.

The service at the breakfast buffet was a disaster, with staff being despondent and unresponsive to guests' needs. the tables were left uncleaned for long periods, and fresh cutlery was not readily available.

During our isolation period, the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, bringing us everything we needed. the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options and was delicious. We also enjoyed the convenient free shuttle bus to Dubai Mall. the hotel provided great value for money and we would definitely recommend it.

Felt so much at home, nothing was too much trouble.

Indulged in delectable dishes at Dusit Thani, from local favorites to global delights. The Executive Suite came as a sweet birthday surprise, and the view of Burj Khalifa was a cherry on top. Friendly staff like Vasin and Mr Sajid made the stay extra special.

The customer service at the hotel was lacking, with only a handful of staff going out of their way to make the stay memorable. the breakfast room lacked care and attention, with guests having to find their own tables and wait for tea and coffee.
